| Windows Vista Enterprise x64 SP2 | Re: DDR2 CL5 vs DDR3 CL8 DDR2 provides the best value for the buck. Having said that... if you are installing a high end CPU, DDR3 is best for you! |

| Vista Ultimate SP2 x64 : Seven Ultimate x64 | Re: DDR2 CL5 vs DDR3 CL8 There are better DDR3 kits out there. Honestly, you wouldn't be able to tell the difference between the two regardless of your task, especially with that CPU. |

| ultimate 64 SP1 | Re: DDR2 CL5 vs DDR3 CL8 i'd also go with the DDR2, having your RAM frequency much higher than your FSB (i.e. DDR3 1600) wont show much of a boost, especially with a C2Q. |

B) GEIL GB22GB6400C4DC DDR2 2GB (2X1GB) BLACK DRAGON PC6400 800MHZ DUAL CHANNEL KIT 4-4-4-12 (2GB) OR Kingston ValueRAM (2X2GB)4GB DDR2 800MHz PC2-6400 System Memory, 240-pin DIMM, CL5, Non-ECC, Unbuffered, Model: KVR800D2N5/2G 5-5-5-18 (4GB) |
