hm.... not quite sure..... i just know that those are a really good brand of ram

CL4 will deliver faster throughput than CL5, but if you buy decent CL5 sticks, you should be able to alter them to run CL4 ''hopefully'' with no voltage adjustment at all......

Stock Factory Voltage is 1.85,my motheboard auto set the voltage to 1.88,so NO problem.
Factory Stock Timing is 5-5-5-15,BUT my motheboard auto set the timings to 6-6-6-18
so i manual set the timings to the correct 5-5-5-15

QUESTION:
As you can see in my attachment i only change things in Standard timing Control.
Do i have to change something in Advanced Timing Control?
Do i have to change anything else??

no dont touch the advanced timings, ive never used them to this day....

you can either keep the stock 800mhz & try for CL4 (with a slight voltage boost), or you can loosen off the timings to CL6 & bump up the frequency, in my case tighter timings are favorable, but run a few benches yourself & see how the numbers look on both..

Up to 2.2v is considered 'safe'. However some ram can handle higher voltages better than others. It is possible to damage RAM with too much voltage.

Skunk explained to you what a 1:1 ratio is.

You need to fiddle around with your FSB and memory frequency. Your FSB frequency is rated speed divided by 4. So the Q6600 has one of 1066MHz. So 1066/4=266.5. You then multiply this by 2 to get the RAM speed you need for a 1:1 ratio, so 266.5x2=533. So keeping your FSB at stock speeds and buying RAM with 533MHz speed will give you a 1:1 ratio. Using stock speeds for arguments sake.

If you bought 800MHz RAM, you'd need to raise the FSB up to 400MHz (1066/2=266.5, so from 266.5 up to 400). Doing a jump like this would need voltages increasing as at the same time as raising the FSB, you also raise the CPU speed.

For example:

I use 667MHz RAM and have kept mine set to 1:1. My E8200 CPU uses an FSB of 1333MHz, so divide that by 4 and I have 333MHz stock speed. To get 1:1 I've raised the FSB to from 1333MHz to 1500MHz (divide by 4 for 375MHz), and then raised the RAM frequency from 667MHz to 750MHz (divide by 2 for 375MHz) which gives the 1:1 ratio.

Even though if I keep all my stuff at stock speed, I'd still have a 1:1 ratio.

My cpu is 9x266 and my ram 800mhz.
I changed the cpu to 6x400 and i set my ram to [2.00D]
I also set manualy the ram timings in the correct (Factory Stock) 5-5-5-15
Is that necessary to change any voltages??because....
(!!I DIDEN'T change anything else,no voltage,no vcore,NOTHING.!! and my pc works fine)

From what you have written you haven't actually changed anything in terms of clock speeds.

Your RAM is running at 800MHz which is stock.
Your CPU is running at 2.4GHz which is stock.
The only thing that will have changed is your FSB however you don't need to worry about that.

You only change voltages when you (usually significantly (which is a relative term)) modify the clock speed of your CPU or RAM. Since you have not changed the clock speeds on either your RAM or CPU you don't need to worry about voltages.

The best indicator that everything is OK is when your computer behaves identically to what it did prior. From what you have written, this is the case.
