It says the following The windows installer service could not be accessed. This can occur if you are running Windows in safe mode (I'm NOT) or if the windows installer is not correctly installed. contact your support personal for assistance.
I also get a message about not being the systems adminstarator.
Help please

can you go into event viewer by typing event viewer in search and go to the windows log, applications tab and look for errors (red "X" in left hand column). find the error that relates to the windows installer service and tell us the event ID and source code.

thanks and if you need help with any of this let us know

event ID 43 is the failure to install a windows update and might explain why windows installer service might not be working.

can you type services.msc in search and loo to see if the windows installer service is running and what its start up state is

thanks
