Help with Virus

I recently aquired the "Vista AntiMalware 2010" rogue antimalware. I was trying to get rid of it, then I found this site

Vista AntiMalware 2010 - how to remove

And deleted the only registries I found.
I restarted my computer, and when I started it, this came up on a black screen:

NTLDB not found (or removed or something)
Press any key to restart

I'm pretty sure it was NTLDB but not 100%.
I was pretty worried, and so when I restarted it again, I hit F12, then exited that. The computer started fine, it got to my desktop OK.
BUT I can't open any programs except for Firefox. This error message comes up when I open iTunes, or any other program:

This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Create an association in the Set Associations control panel.

I do no know what to do. Any help would be appreciated.
I don't know much about technology, but I can follow directions, and I'm not entirely stupid.
Also, before this happened, I couldn't install anything. And when I tried to, it said:

Internal error: can not expand shell folder "userappdata"

Again, any help would be appreciated. Thank you, and this is my first post.

EDIT: I also can't get to the command prompt, registry editor, or malicious removal tool. Nothing is working.
And this is only on my user. My sister's and my dad's work just fine.

When I download something and click open, the same error message comes up about it not having an association, and if that error didn't come up, then it would probably be the "userappdata" error.

ohhhok.. its more likely that the virus is blocking you to access files
other option
Once the malware bytes is downloaded
save it on your desktop or on a pen drive..
reboot your machine, press f8 or somethg to boot in "safe mode" Then install malware bytes and run the scan..
or use revo uninstall.. target the "Vista AntiMalware 2010" program and kill process... then uninstall..
if you can't install malware bytes or revo on safe mode as well..
Go on task manager and check to see if anythg like vista antimalware is running.. if so.. end task.. then try..

And I don't know when that is. Btw, Im a he.
Also, I'm pretty sure this just has to do with a registry I deleted, because the actual "antimalware" is gone. Could someone check the link and see if any of those registries could cause a major problem when deleted? That would help a lot.
