If that current pending sector count was the only Yellow warning, Crystal indicates that the problem is not the hard drive.

05 Reallocated sectors count is also yellow, if any help.
If it is not the hard drive, then we were heading in the wrong direction?

Try WinDFT (link on the page) - it may work with your drive

Run another CHKDSK /R if it doesn't, and post the results - in the Event Viewer > Windows Logs > Application as a Wininit event

It didnt pull up my hard drive, ill try posting the CHKDSK in the event viewer.
you said to put it as a "
Wininit event", how do i do that?
in my event viewer, there are more than several errors. Is there a way for me to send that to you?

IN the Event Viewer main pane (center top), look in the Source column. Wininit will appear there.
You can also use the Filter - this should find it very quickly. click on Filter current log, and click on the event Sources down-arrow - put a tick in the Wininit box, and click OK

If you're desperate, export the whole log and zip it up, thenattach it to a reply, and I'll take a look.

Wininit file seems not to exist on my computer, I've searched for it.
Is it a problem that the file does not exist?
I'm also starting to get error message that: \device\harddisk0\DR0, has a bad block
Whatever that is about.

The log doesn't really tell us much that we didn't already know :(

this may help...
Open Windows Explorer (Computer)

Navigate to the C:\Windows folder
Find the System32 sub-folder and right-click on it
select Properties
Clear the 'blob' from the 'Read-only (Only applies to files in folder)' box by clicking on it until it's plain white.Click on Apply.Make sure that the radio button for 'Apply changes to this folder, subfolders and files' is set, and click OK.

Accept the Administrator prompt. After a couple of seconds, you'll be told there is an error - click on the 'Ignore all' button.
Wait for it to finish - it could take a couple of minutes.

OK out, and exit Windows Explorer.

Reboot twice

Then test the results

Test still showed problems, my computer still crashes.
Is there anything else to do?
