Solved A couple of this going on. Help!

Okay well it was clean and I did the clean boot the first part anyway. I am not sure exactly what that is suppose to do because the second part says to start adding programs to see if that is the problem so not sure what to do. Humm.

It helps by showing if your initial problem was due to a conflict with your other software or if there was too much memory being used.
But your test was not completed, since it caused another problem which had to be rectified.

Your computer is made up of two components
The first component is software. Software is Windows Vista and all the programs that you have added.
Hardware is memory, hard drive, psu and everything else that can be seen and touched. If your computer did not have an OS (vista) everything would be hardware.

It could be memory but we do not have a confirmation of that yet.
The clean boot could have told us that. If you clean boot, you will use a lot less memory. If Java worked properly the problem was caused either by:
A program that was stopped by clean boot
or
You not having enough memory.
I did not see any test results. You came back and said that no program worked.

I am so not understanding. I did the clean boot it did not give me test results.. It just showed my memory was less. So not sure what you are looking for. It at first tells me to do it several times to see which program is the problem which can get confusing. Is there a way to update Java in safe mode???

Sorry have been gone all day getting ready to leave tomorrow morning.

Have a wonderful night

Clean boot does not give results, you must determine your own results.
Do a clean boot are you running better?
