.BAT File DOES NOT WORK!!!!!

I recently downloaded and installed the .bat file from the tutorial section that is SUPPOSED to disable the GOD@%N WORTHLESS F$%^ING auto arrange feature some IDIOT Windows engineer has inserted into Windows Vista because I have over 1,200 documents sorted in to folders in a specific order on my computer! But, this worthless FU#$ING program is still auto arraigning my GOD@#N files and I am REALLY PISSED Off about it!!!!!
