I am not sure which drivers i should remove. Which ones are for wireless etc.

Also, i am getting Windows 7 update on 22nd. Will i still have problems after i install a new OS?

Download the latest version of the wireless drivers for your system from the manufacturer's website.
Then go to Start...Control Panel...Programs...Uninstall a program
Uninstall anything that says "wireless" or "Atheros"

If you're unsure, please generate a report from MSINFO32.EXE, zip it up and upload/attach it to your next post.

If you can use you computer without the wireless connection DON'T install the drivers. Just run it for a couple of days to see if this fixes the problem.
