Boilsoft video troubles at start-up

Did you see my first two screenshots ? It gives an error code to identify the problem with all details.

Those screen shots give general ideas and not the cause
I feel the cause is either
Malware
Browser
Software
or
Driver
If Malware- the virus and malware scan would show the problem
If Browser- changing browser would disclose the cause
Software- the clean boot would help
Driver- Soluto would show the cause

If you are not comfortable with Soluto, you should not use it. I know I would do the same with my computer.

Lets try and be sure with the Driver. You do work OK in safe mode?
If yes, we will go from there.

If they work in safe mode, but problems with clean boot, it points to a driver.

The best way that I know for that is Soluto, but it makes you uncomfortable. Ill get back to you when I think of another method.

Try this
Go to device manager, Click on all the devices and see if the various drivers have any yellow or red exclamation marks
You may have to delete and reload a driver to correct these problems. Duplicate drivers can and should be deleted.

That is a list of drivers. There are several ways to get that list, but it does not show the one with the problem.

I don't have red or yellow marks.

I have a few duplicates but I'm not at ease in order to delete. Let me know which one according to you, I can delete.

PS: Since a long time, I can't watch any mpeg neither mpg files with WMP or MPClassic. Nevertheless, I cant view such files with VLC or KMPLayer.

Try to disable the duplicates. Do it one at a time. If no problem, go to the next.

Go to device manger, right click on the driver, properties, drivers, disable.

I delete duplicate drivers on Safe Mode, but still the problem is alive, sorry.

I dont know what else to try, other than Soluto.
If it were mine, Id go with a reinstall. Even if there are easier solutions, sometimes its best just to take the best way that is known.

Make sure all of the current install is removed.
Use CCleaner to do a thorough job after you are done. You may want to use revo to remove it.

I've still got doubts about it being the Boilsoft software. A lot of people would have downloaded that from give away of the day and there has not been a rush of people with your problem.
I would do as Richard says and reinstall.
If you have things you can trust and want to keep get them off the C drive and go for it.

I removed all installation with Revo and remove also all traces from Registry, but still have the same problem.
