hey so i have a hp g50 126-NR notebook and i had the 'bootmgr is missing' error pop up on me. so what i did, since i bout my computer from a relative, was i ordered the sysmtem recvoery disk for my model from hp.com.
once i recieved the disk ichanged the bios setting to boot the cd/dvd,then network adapter sometthinglike that, then my hard drive. first it started loading the windows files and once it was finished two black screens popup for like a quick second then disappeared, then i had an error box pop up saying "this pc doesnt support your system recovey disks".
so i want back to the BIOS stting and kept the cd/dvd drive first then my hrad drive then etc. once i restarted it, it took me some some black page with a blinking cursor at the bottom and at the top it said indows setup..... and a whole bunch of letters and parenthases and number so i just pressed 'enter' and all it did was restart my computer. can anyone help me. i dont reallly care about my files on my hard drive i just want to restore it back to factory conditions
