OK, this makes things a bit more difficult, but we will get done.
Turn on all services and then boot in safe mode, does it work now?

No, this is not resolved. I've run it in safe mode for a long time, and no crash. But that does not mean the problem is resolved because it can run in normal mode without crashing sometimes for a day or two. When i put it back in to normal mode, it crashed within a few hours. I am going to attach a picture of what the computer did when it crashed. View attachment 27813 Sorry about the annoying bad camera quality on the right side. When the computer crashes it either does this, or it does a BSOD.

Since your display is screwed up, it appears to be the graphics card may be overheating. I don't know if you have a PC or a laptop. If you have a PC, is the GPU fan running and is it clean? Is its speed changing with various loads? When you get the BSOD, the offending item is usually listed near the bottom of the screen. Can you see it and provide it here? If you have a laptop, make sure the vents are clean.

That's what I thought at first, so I replaced the graphics card with an older card that I have that I know works, and still the same problem, constant bsods. The temp of the card is fine and the fans are all working correctly according to CPUID. Also, it is a desktop. When it crashes with all the services turned on, it says on the bsod, USB near the bottom but when it crashes without the services turned on, it doesn't seem to point to anything. Also, I've noticed that if I have chrome running for awhile with more then one tab and then decide to close chrome, a bsod is almost guaranteed. Weird.

Normally, near the bottom of the BSOD it will indicate a .dll or other file that is causing the problem. Just the word USB doesn't sound right. Can you give us the exact wording?

It generally goes by pretty quickly and ya it doesn't just say USB, that's just the beginning of it. I'll try to write it all down next time it comes up.
