You failed the memory test.
Take one good stick and test each slot for 8 passes.
We need to know if its the ram or the board, but you DO have a memory problem.

Ok loads of errors after 9 passes so I stopped it. The figure for errors was around 4 million!!!! I tried to reboot (after changing back the Enable/Disable Bot up from USB) but I just got a black screen. So have turned it off and come to work and will see when I get back home later.

Ok quick update. PC started ok, although it did run CHKDSK and did lots of things, but all booted up ok.:D

I've deleted secbulk.sys from one folder, and I see it is also in the following 2 folders:

C:\windows\system32
C:\windows\system32\driverstore\filerepository

Should I leave this file in these 2 places or delete?

I still need to test each ram stick out, but is it worthwhile me running the logs again for a quick update to see where we are??? I'll prob leave the ram stick tests till as late as possible in the process as that will be the timely one for me!

Dont do anything, except to find out it its your Motherboard or the ram sticks and then get it fixed.
