BSOD problem

The majority of the drivers that I could locate are Microsoft related. I found two non-Microsoft files:

klif.sys
nvraid.sys

I'm curious as to what Kaspersky Anti-Virus is attached to since I don't recall downloading it.

Regarding the NVIDIA driver, I found an update through their site. Should I uninstall and download?

It is easy to give instructions on what should be done, but a bit more difficult to go step by step from such a distance. I would feel very bad if something went wrong. Do you have someone with a little more expertise that could work with us to install the drivers? If you misunderstood my directions we could begin to have major computer problems.
