I bought a vista OS that came with free upgrade, cant i do a clean install. is there a guide up yet on upgrading tips and tricks.

Im not sure but I believe you get the upgrade version which installs on top of an activated OS (vista). Its pretty straight foword. You are going to love it. Tips and tricks, fi your getting 64bit you might want to run the compatabilty wizard to make sure all of your devices have 64bit drivers. 32 bit, just let it rip. Mine last install from usb took me 11 minutes. not to shabby

Would any thing in the bio settings be attributing to these crashes? I just saw that my HPET was set t0 32-bit and im running a 64-bit. I changed it and it hasnt crashed in a while, but what other bio settings would cause these blue screens.

Your Realtek RTL8168/8111 Family PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet NIC is from 2007 (RTLH64.SYS) - please update it at your earliest convenience.

The 3 memory dumps all have memory errors in them, with the first having an error in (I think) the Video Memory Manager.

I would first suggest an overnight memory test using the program and procedures here: Memory Diagnostics

If that doesn't show any errors, then I'd suggest trying another video card to rule out problems with the Video memory on your current video card. If you can't borrow one, purchase one from a store with a good return policy - and return it if you don't need it.

It wouldn't hurt to try uninstalling your video drivers and installing fresh ones - but since that's been done already I'd suspect it won't change anything.
