Can't reload Vista

Genuine DVD is meaningless. Vista comes in 32 bit or 64 bit. If when checking properties, as I told you to, it says 32 bit, your OS is 32 bit.
You have to be sure that your outlook is also compatible with 32 bit.
It would tell you on the website of the download or on the DVD.
After SP1 try again.

We are a non-profit and order it from an agency that Microsoft donates to. I did not know Outlook 2010 came in two versions a 32 bit and a 64 bit.

I am halfway through the 2nd download.

Im pretty sure that the 32 bit is good for both 32 and 64, but lets go slow. See if you can install it, if not post and I will get it tomorrow or someone else will.
