cnet free download please?

Hi Paul- You posted in the Vista forum. You might do better in the Ten Forums. There's a link to it at the bottom of the opening screen of this forum.
By the way, I took a look around and couldn't find a specific link to CNET which runs in Win 10. Every link wants you to download/install Win 10. If you have an older version, you might set it's properties to run in compatiblity mode for whatever the applicable OS is in Win 10.

Where can I download free cnet for Windows 10 please.

Hi Paul Cohen:

I'm not sure I understood your question, but if you are looking for the CNET download site where you can download free software the link is https://download.cnet.com/.

However, I would strongly advise against downloading any software from this site. CNET has a reputation for bundling PUPs (potentially unwanted programs like browser toolbars, adware, etc.) with the installers they host on their download site - see the section titled Malware Distribution in the Wikipedia article Download.com - and when ever possible you should always download software installers from the original manufacturer's official download page.

Is there a specific software installer (e.g., like the ISO file for installing Windows 10) that you were looking for?
