CoD4 hangs while playing

Hello,

I am using windows vista 32bit on my lenovo G550, Cod4 loads up fine but duing multi player when ever the other person shows up my computer freezes up and responds back when i am dead. Please tell me what stuff I need to put in here to get my issue resolved.
