Comp not recognizing my graphics card, and a couple other things

I downloaded it from the AMD site, Drivers & Tools | GAME.AMD.COM

And it works fine now.

The only problem is, after installing a bunch of windows updates last night, I am already getting the PXE-E61 "Operating System Not Found" error again, and that was the main reason I had to call Dell yesterday  because I have to manually shutdown and restart my computer about five times to get it to start up.

I used to love Vista but this is really starting to make me mad, because if there's no way to have Vista on this computer without it getting messed up, I'm going to have to downgrade to XP again unless I can get 7 somehow, but I think they already closed the free thing off.

This may be a result of hardware failure/Incorrect BIOS setting:
How do I resolve and PXE-E61 error message and crash?

This issue is often caused by either an incorrect setting in BIOS or a bad boot device, such as a bad hard disk drive

try:
1.Go to Bios Settings
2.Remove LAN booting from booting options...
3. Check all cables/connections

Boot sequence should be:
DVD/CD drive
flash (FDD)
Any USB device (floppy, external HDD, etc)
HDD

When I called Dell we did a hardware check (fn+power button) and nothing came up wrong so I'm pretty sure it's not the hard drive unless it just didn't detect anything for some reason.

It seems to be booting up fine now, it just did it twice when I started it up this morning. But the last couple times I started it up it worked fine. But I'll check the BIOS anyways because if it will eliminate the error altogether than it would be awesome.

*EDIT/update*

I checked the BIOS and the boot order on mine is:

1. HDD
2. USB
3. CD/DVD/CD-R Drive
4. Removable Devices
5. Network

I'm guessing it should go:

1. CD/DVD/CR-R Drive
2. USB
3. Removable Devices
4. HDD

And I should take out Network?

I'm not sure because it's not the same as the ones listed on the link.
