I will have to contact Microsoft instead as they brought Mojang.

Microsoft own Mojang but they are still an independent company. So you would probably contact Mojang. Personally I would go on Minecraft support forum. People there should be able to assist you better.

Start>Run>Type "Services.msc"> have a look for any third party services you have running and "stop" them to see if that fixes the problem (I would recommend one at a time) just make sure you don't disable core operating system services. Screen shots would help, and if you have a lot of programs running disable them from starting up in "msconfig". A lot of the programs you have installed are probably not a priory to be running all the time. Also a please and a thank-you would go a long way.

OK. Finished doing that. How about the other werid messages like
''Prepering your desktop''
"Stoping Windows Update Service"
''Save\Memory problem. Contact your admin''
These Messages happen when I turn off or on

are the problems solved?
If not I would help you:
1) The preparing your desktop is normal, when you start your computer and it is not a fast one or the system partition is out of space.
How much space do you have left on C:?
2) The Windows update problem could be also connected with the memory problem.
3) Do you have tested your RAM? If it fails, look for some new modules gebrauchte & neue Speicher für Computer Server & Notebooks

Problems solved. It was a virus in a youtube ad
