Connnected to the internet but cannot browse :(

Hey! This is my issue. I have two user accounts in my dell notebook. Mine, the administrator, works just fine. The problem is the other account. I can connect to the internet, the IM, skype and antivirus connect to the internet but i just can't browse. I've tried with IE and with firefox. The account has always worked just fine until recently. HELP!!

Have you done something recently, add new software or hardware? If you have try uninstalling and see if you can connect after that. If not, try a system restore to a date that you know that was good.

just AVG free. and i tried to uninstall norton. I'll try the sistem restore. Thanks!

much better you try re-installing if you like tnks. used avast and malwarebytes
