Destroyed Files..

Hello,
Every time when i open my computer it Show me a bubble saying that there is some Files are destroyed on disk C:/ ... and says to me that you must run the CHKDSK command at disk C:/ ..so i did this and rebooted my pc it cheked the disk.. done 3 steps.. but nothing happened it says the same thing is there any solution for this ??? :mad:

Thanks for Answering but occured another problem MBR is Missing During the Start up( maybe it Caused, Because i installed Linux as dualboot , but before linux there was Windows xp and Windows Vista Dual Boot) ... so i cant tell if SFC scan Helped me :(
Is there any solution for that if anyone knows ? ;/
I tried Some solutions So Now It Istn Boot .. either Linux Boot Menu Either Vista (MBR is Missing.. )
