This is the bugcheck for your BSOD 1.

STOP 0x000000D1: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Usual causes: Device driver

Faulting driver "inspect.sys" this is part of comodo, if you have this installed, remove it for now.

This is the bugcheck for BSOD 2.

STOP 0x000000C2: BAD_POOL_CALLER

Usual causes: Device driver, Memory

Its the same driver being referenced here too.

I would start by removing comodo and see how your system works.
Check on their site to see if there is a removal tool for this software.

Its not uncommon for system files to become corrupt after a BSOD, so open a command prompt as administrator and type sfc/scannow press enter and let it scan, if errors are found, you may have to do this more than once.

Hope this helps, good luck and post your results.

Hello,

STOP 0x000000C2: BAD_POOL_CALLER

Usual causes: Device driver, Memory

This time tdx.sys is referenced. This often points at your network card (or occasionally antivirus) The thing you really need to do is update the drivers for your network cards. Go to your computer manufacturers website, or the manufacturer of your network card and download some new drivers. If you don't know what network cards you have, look at the Network section of this tool: http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/176785-vistaforums-sysinfo-tool.html

If you need any help, just ask. If you tell us the make and model of your network card, we will find drivers for you if you want.

Richard
