...And all right.WMI work by you fine - otherthise this command return some error or nothing happend.

This command displayed your system serial number. As I said before it was on formality to deny @H1Ram theory -nothing more.H1Ram thread and your are completly different

EDIT

I see you start upload.I'll check them tomorrow

EDIT
group them it say 20 logs per one group and pack group to *.zip file and then host them - will be faster and comfortable

I've already checked all events - I had no problems with open them...and nothing special - only a few little errors without any meaning for your main problems.Theoreticly your event viewer work fine and still collect events (I found events until you uploaded logs).I analyzed again PM logs and I found another strange things see:if I set filter SetBasicInformationFile you can see only all strange things with 1601 year - probably something try to write strange things to logs but system refuse it:
Strange things corresponds only for system proceses (allmost all is svchost.exe),Norman proceses, few from PCMService (some add-ones from Dell) and browsers when runned. But I think strange things in PCMService and browser is only ricochet from something -why? see:

although in Details column exist wrong data - exist also correct data (blue frame) likely for browsers). You can try remove PCMService from startup by using for example AutoRuns for Windows but you have very little chance to resolve problem although you can do -PCMService is unnessary in startup What is PCMService.exe? PCMService.exe Task Manager Process Information

but for system and Norman processes all tabs in Details column are wrong:

Two ways:Norman is responsible or really something strange in system happen which is non-documentary evidence:50-50.You can ask if really Norman is responsible why are for system process also? -Remeber Norman Services depends from system service and antivirus can also call system processes...

Uninstall completly Norman, after remove manualy C:\Program Files\Norman and clear everything in C:\Windows\Temp

If uninstalling Norman no help for you only leave Microsoft Help and Support

.... or, make a factory image restore i think is called...
Btw, thanks for all the help flavius, you seem to know very much about computers, and im very thankfull for all your help. Since this has come to a dead line, i suppose others wont manage to do anything more about it. I wont go for microsoft support, because thats very expensive!!! And i might go for uninstall Norman antivirus, and install AVG instead, which i have heard is a great free antivirus program. When i do so, I will post here my discoveries. If u find any new thing, doesnt matter how little it is, that might solve this mystery, just post back^^

I found in internet some interesting things about event viewer although not concern directly to your problem and described hard words probably only for someones proffesores :p but these things may help to diagnose your event viewer,I spended some time to understand whats going on in these things...but it nothing change what I said in my previuos post and I'll help you later only if I have 100% sure your Norman antivirus is not responsible for this - I can sure diagnostics will be hard...

And i might go for uninstall Norman antivirus, and install AVG instead, which i have heard is a great free antivirus program. When i do so, I will post here my discoveries.
AVG is good software I'm also using it.Do that.
