Factory Image D, Low disk Space

Go to the start button, then all programs, then accessories, then right click the command prompt icon, then ok it .

Go to the start button, then all programs, then accessories, then right click the command prompt icon, then ok it .
that should be
Start>All Programs>Accessories
then right-click on Command Prompt, *and select 'Run as Admisitrator'*

i will probably not disable it, my main goal is to figure out why my factory image is red and fix it, it did start after i installed the new sims 3 update, but i uninstalled the sims 3 and it's still red.

i guess i'll just have to buy more space or look around for an easier solution. thanks anyways
