Which program does this do it in or is it all of them, can you take a screenshot of what it is doing or write down what it says when it does it and then please post us back right away and see if we can fix it for you...
Manufacture name: Dell
Model Number: Inspiron I1720
Laptop - 32 bit
actually none of the file got deleted except application file.
Is a application name is called E3 (easy3game), is a game file so nothing actually happen to my computer because i can open other stuff such as Internet explore or other program fine. It just some how the system keep on deleting this file.
It was 2 days ago, what happen is I open the file which is the application and it open so after a minute or so it close out of no where. So then I open the folder where the file locate and the application file disappear so I go take the application file from the Zip thing because the whole thing were compressed when I download the file. I use WinRAR, a program to unzip the file to get the application file out and put it back to the folder. Then I open it again and it did the same thing.
Ok lets do a system restore not a factory restore. To get your system back without losing any data, files, or documents.
A system restore means lets say you do a restore and go back 1 week, if you have not downloaded any software then you won't have to worry about anything I will give you a tutorial to help you through it, a system restore is very easy to do..
After doing a system restore you will want to create a new one and this will tell you how.
Do Not put any disks in the computer you don't need them for just doing a system restore, so do one going back for 1 week before it started acting up and it should clear up your problem...
