Okay! Finally! Malware found no viruses. Running WinDirStat, will tell you results because I don't exactly know how to interpret them. The Pacmans are interesting though.

I have the WinDirStat report, no clue what it means.
PS- can I delete the SARAH-PC file from my E: Drive that I showed you the picture of earlier?

What info do you need from the WinDirStat, a picture of that color thing below, or is there a text report I can paste?

At the top of windirstat you will see treemap. Click on that and then untick show. The pretty colors at the bottom of the screen will be gone. Now show me a pic of whats left. I will ask for more information after I look at what you have. I will be gone from early today until tomorrow, in case I do not answer right away. Post again tomorrow, if you do not hear from me, just as a reminder.

In left hand column, under E drive
Click on the first 4 tick marks and show me what it says.
I want to see what components make up the most space consuming items.

Yes, it's not complete. The drive runs out of space and it stops. (This was the Vista back up program). I was asking if I could delete it because it wasn't finished and taking up space. Does the rest of it look normal?

If you delete that folder, you are only deleting a back up; you lose only the protection that it offers.
You could try the free Paragon software, see if that works any better.

The backup could not complete because there is not enough space on that drive.
So for clarification: It's safe to delete the SARAH-PC folder?
Cnet stated that Macrium was the #2 download for backup programs on it's site.. I was going to try the #1. Can't remember the name off the top of my head, but was thinking of trying that. ...or using the Vista provided program, and just back up to an external drive.

All we can do from this end is give educated guesses. That Sarah PC looks like its just a back up and it should be safe to remove. That being said, when the computer is not working as it should there is no true way of knowing what will happen as a result of any action that may be taken.
