OK im sleepy now:sleepy: but try and get 400 as the fsb and dont go past it yet. Your concentrating on the cpu just now and not the ram. Once you go above 400 its trying to overclock cpu and ram at the same time which is trickier.

To go past 400 you'll definetly have to change fsb, voltages to both ram and cpu, ratios and memory timings.

Update:
Last successful boot before BSOD was 1592FPS @ 3.58Ghz with ram at 798Mhz.

Once i hit FPS of 1600 and ram at 800Mhz....i got BSOD.

Now what?

And i disabled all the power saving things in my bios..but the multiplier in cpuz is still changing :S...and i am on High performance settings in the desktop too.

This is the last help i can do tonight. If the multiplier is changing then its set to auto in the bios. Find cpu multiplier it should be where you disabled C1E and also where your changing the fsb. Set it to manual and a setting of 9.

To go higher than 400 you need to change memory timings for the ram to manual and loosen them so if they are at 5-4-4-15 set them to 6-6-6-16 and set the voltage for the ram to manual with a setting of 2.1V. If it still doesnt boot change cpu voltage to manual and try increasing that in steps. If it still doesnt boot then give the ram 2.2V.

I dont recommend that as id be happy with 3.6Ghz but if you want to try the above then do so. Be especially wary of giving your ram to much voltage If you still cant achieve the speed you want by doing that then you have no choice but to set a ratio divider.
