HELP! Urgent!!! Vista Premium Freezes at Startup! Cannot click?

Hey guys!
I uninstalled and reinstalled the network driver (SiS163) as previously advised but its still not working...
Had a blue screen today but didnt manage to catch the error message. I've attached the data extracted from the SevenForums Diag Tool which should have the most recent minidump files in it.
Any help appreciated :(
Thank you all so much
xxx

My Computer

There were two dump reports, both are consistent. This is the cause. Try to roll back, update etc.

Thank you so much for reading the files for me.
I'll try again! I did completely uninstall the driver (through device manager) and then reinstall the driver, so kind of confused as to what I'm doing wrong :S :(

Heya, so I tried doing a clean boot. It works but the wireless internet would work but I'm pretty sure that that is because that service was blocked in the clean boot?
What is strange is that the entire computer works fine usually until I try to connect to the internet...
I've flashed my BIOS and also uninstalled and reinstalled the driver which no results.
I can see the list of wireless connections available but when I click on mine it wont connect and says 'its taking longer than usual'. Then when I try and 'diagnose the problem' it STILL wont work!
Really at a loss as to what to do now... I thought a factory reset would have fixed things?? x

My Computer

You have the tools to solve this yourself, then
Just put the the services back one at a time, use the computer. Once you are sure there are no BSODs, put another service back. When you get a BSOD that is the problem. If you think its network, put that back first.
