Help Vista problem/ double clock speed

Hi,
I have problem, i was working on my pc when power went off and after 3 sec was on. My pc stopped working. After couple tries he was back but, somethings are super ultra fast - clock, sounds but others hav a huge lag. I coudnt do antyhing so i go to safe mode and run spybot of course my pc was clean. I Don't know what to do now help :(

Your story suggest that it's a hardware problem,
but I personally have no experience with this sort of problem so I wouldn't exactly know.

Unless someone else posts here that has more knowledge about it here's some things that I would personally do if I encountered this problem (who knows, it might help):

If you have it enabled, try using windows system recovery and set your system back to a date prior to the power failure.
If you have backups of your important stuff and dont mind it you might also try to format your HD and reinstall windows completely to completely rule out the possibility of it being a software/OS problem.

If that doesn't work or if you don't want to do the above mentioned you could also try opening up your case and have a look at your motherboard. See if anything looks odd..
(burned chips, silicon routing).
If it is a hardware problem I would personally think it is either your motherboard, CPU or power supply, in that order. It might be fixable but worst case scenario you'll have to replace one of those.

Run CPU-Z and post the results. DDR2 will show 1333 FSB for DDR667 RAM.
