Hello ndd63,
Your temps look fine, but if you really want to give them a test, put your CPU under load for a while and then take a reading, it's the temp under load that counts.
Give it a go and post your results, good luck.

I will do that stoney, any suggestion on what will give it a good stress test? i'm not really a gamer but on occasionally I do like to play crysis. Its great to have great people here helping each other.

Try this for a Burn in Test, it's a free app that will stress test your CPU and diagnose MB problems.
Please be aware that stress testing can damage your CPU, so just go steady with it.

If you are only an occasional gamer, and you don't over clock, you don't really need to worry too much about heat, although it never hurts to keep an eye on these things.
