You waste precious time. I tried memory test and told me that no errors found. If you could tell me, i think you don't know, how to repair or reset my video card to default condition you get a reputation from me, if not, i leave this forum.

Well you said you tried EVERYTHING, so what else could I suggest.
I don't know why you think I've wasted precious time, I'm just trying to help you out and I don't care about the rep I actually get more satisfaction from solving a problem. Obviously that didn't happen in this case, I don't know what else I can do and I certainly don't want to waste any more of your precious time, Maybe someone else can tell you what you want to hear.

Come on i don't say you waste time, i was a bit nervous. So again i repeat, there is no way to repair my video card? I did a fresh install of vista, and that didn't change something at all. Is video card problem, is not windows problem because that happens in boot menu too. So i hope you come back and you find a solution related to my problem.

Do you have an external monitor you can hook up to your notebook? That might narrow it down if it does the same thing on a different display.

I have an Intel 965 chipset. Never encountered anything like this...

Try contacting intel Customer support. I thinkt hey can help you more than anyone here. Sorry this had to happen to you, computer problems REALLY suck.

ADD: Are you just concerned about the bubbles that have come up onto the desktop? The one that said "click here for optimal resolution" ? Mine does this too, and it means nothing, it's just a retarded Intel glitch. I noticed that you have your Windows in Basic.

To enable the Aero Transparency, right click Personalize > Windows color > "Check" Enable transparency.

And if your Vista works, just go back to that. I noticed on your Windows 7 it said "Windows 7 Build 7100, Evaluation copy" which is the Release Candidate for Windows 7. This version has already started it's bi-hourly shutdown phase, and on June 1st it will be disabled and considered "Pirated" if you still run it on a computer.

If you need any more help, don't hesitate to ask.

I lol at this thread. If you really want to stick to your computer you might have to get a new graphics card (if u have a desktop). Have you tried setting your resolution to the max? Have you tried changing the monitor settings instead of the gpu's?

click this blue writing above and install it
this will make your graphics work

secondly, i can see you are using a beta build, the windows 7 beta will shut down every 2 hours as of march 1st, the background will change to a solid colour and the resolution cannot be changed from the safe mode resolution, you need to buy windows 7 to stop this happening, or switch back to vista!
