i cant download updates! plz help

We can scan for a virus very soon. There is actually one virus which has been known to cause Windows Update issues. Your error codes point to a Windows Update Network issue, but we may as well try the manifest side of things since we have reset everything.

Download and run this tool: Description of the System Update Readiness Tool for Windows Vista, for Windows Server 2008, for Windows 7, and for Windows Server 2008 R2 When it has finished installing the update, it is done!

Copy C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CheckSUR.log to your Desktop, and then upload it here.

TDSS has been known to cause these issues. Run the TDSS Killer, AND COPY THE LOG HERE: How to remove malware belonging to the family Rootkit.Win32.TDSS (aka Tidserv, TDSServ, Alureon)?

the website opened normanly and everything, but when i clicked on Downloaded.. it says unable to connect or unable to display webpage!

for the file u want, i didnt find it there ,, there is only -CBS -CBS.persist -FilterList

oh and btw, the updates worked! but what i did was:
since the problem was from my Internet connection, i used proxy! so when my IP address changed, the updates where installed successfully :D

but the main problem persists, cause i still can't connect to the windows update without proxy!
