This problem, I suggest, has to be resolved between yourself & Microsoft.

Ditto...however, the confusion and conflict would never have arisen had the subject program's true nomenclature been quoted correctly in the first instance - then discussion would then have rightly centred around Vista compatibility issues with the still commercially available package known as Microsoft Works Suite 2006, and not the erroneously referred MS Office Suite 2006 [Sic], as quoted in the post Title.

Nevertheless, a dead horse by any other name, remains an extinct equine.
