i need help to in deleted items

plz i need to know if there is any way to restore the deleted items from (recent document) i want to know what peaople saw in my computer beacuse they get in it and delete the recent and history...thanks for any coming answer.

That may be difficult. Had you had either Business or ultimate you could use shadow copy to restore previous versions of the file.

You can try a system restore if there is a restore point for the time/date you are looking for.

In addition to Rive's suggestion, you might see if the free program Recuva may be able to restore the files at the hidden system C:\Users\(User Name)\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Recent Items folderlocation.
