IE7 crashes constantly

It could have been since it was causing this problem as well.

well, let me ask you this. The IE7 I downloaded from those two sites installed properly. Wouldnt that IE7 work for all OSs above WinXP?

Would the Yahoo toolbar cause the repeated browser openings?

so how is it I am running it? Where can I get standalone IE7 for Vista? And doesn't it make sense that if it says for WinXP, it would also work for all MSFT OSs from WixXP--on?

When I was using the original factory IE7, it was crashing. I had the Y Toolbar on it.
I downloaded those co-branded IE7's and I think they just overwrote what was on my PC. Yes? No? Maybe?

I'm just going by what they said the system requirements were for XP. My guess is it is a customized version of IE7 with their name branding in it. If it works for you, then great.

If I want to get a standalone download of IE7 for Vista..where can I get it? If I go to the MSFT site, it tells me I already have it.
