Internet maximum sessions problem

I had a similar problem too, Gabriel. To solve it, I edited the registry in both the "current user account" key AND the "all users account" key (options 1 AND 2) as spelled out in this forum's tutorial, "Internet Explorer - Maximun Download Sessions".
At first, I only edited the "current user account". I never considered the other because I'm the only user. I spent two weeks and lots of searching to no avail. As soon as I edited the "all users account" key (in ADDITION to the "current user account' key), the problem disappeared.
I hope this solves your issue.
PS: This is for Internet Explorer. I have not used Firefox. The registry settings for Firefox may be in another key.

Sorry that didn't work for you, Gabriel. A friend who uses Firefox said it worked for her, so the tutorial fixes also works on other browsers. The solution for your issue must lie somewhere else. If I hear of any other fixes I will forward them to you. Good luck with Win7!
