Solved Laptop Will Not Start

Thanks, Richard.

I just noticed that my pop ups, download instructions and Email is no longer in High Definition.(they're a little fuzzy)
I sure hope this is a settings problem.

Edit~I should add that the resolution is set at the highest in the Control Panel.

BTW~I'm typing this on my recovered PC.:)

OK

Something strange is happening.

I use Firefox for browsing and I came across a site that prefers Internet Explorer to get the most out of it.

I opened Internet 64 and couldn't close it.
I had to restart to get off a blank page.
This happened 3 more times.

I then tried to delete Internet Explorer off my system but I was told I don't have the permission.

May I suggest, to give you the best help we can, begin a new thread, since this problem unrelated to the others. If we continue here other, members probably would not offer help.
Just to get you started
What to do when Internet Explorer isn't working - Windows Help
The problem would be the same for Vista or Seven. Pick your IE number upper right of article.
I am marking this solved
