I have this issue with Vista, will it fix it for that also?

And do i just need to install the hotfix without uninstalling anything like the current driver for the gpu?

Not going to t hurt to try it?

It's 10.2 plus the hotfix, so you could treat it as uninstalling your older drivers/ccc, and installing this, or just install it over your existing ones.
