Latest Version of Adobe Shockwave

I appreciate you taking the time to help me. However, my kaspersky keeps stopping me, with a warning not too. Do you think I should forget it? I was notified that the older version was a risk, but the links they gave me didn't work.

Older versions can pose a risk because of the unpatched holes it may have that could be taken advantage of. But if you are downloading it from Adobe, or Filehippo, which is a safe site, and it is the latest version, then it should be completely fine to install it.

So if Kaspersky is stopping it, it is probably just a precautionary measure on the part of Kaspersky. Should be safe to ignore the warning, and let it through so you can install it.

Yes, I have done what you said. It says that it was successful done. But, when I check with Kaspersky, it still says that it is in danger. So strange. I cannot get it to go away.
So, I guess I will just take a chance and hope it is protected.
I have a Sony, Vista Home Premium for a year. I hate it. It is not compatable with a lot of things, and I always have some sort of problem or another with it. Last time, I could not download the updates code 666 I think. But, eventually I did with help from this site.
