Machine becomes unresponsive

I just download the dump file and the file format is damaged. I cant open it or view it. Dump files should be much, much smaller

This is the only dump file. There have been few hangs since I posted; this is the only one I remembered to dump. Running
Code:
sfc /scannow
seems to cut down on the number of hangs, although that could just be a coincidence.

The initial dump file I uploaded was indeed corrupted. I re-uploaded it.

As for the size, I did exactly what you said to do to create the dump. Is there some setting somewhere that controls the dump file?
