Randomly when I move my mouse it causes my computer to glitch. This just started in the last month and I have never have had this happen before. It even causes my music to glitch when i move it, but the odd thing is as soon as I stop moving the mouse everything moves smoothly( games, youtube, ect ). I have even restored my comp to factory settings and this is still an issue. The only thing none factory is my graphics card which I updated.

my comp stats

AMD Phenom(tm) 9650 Quad-core Processor 2.30 GHz
Ram 8.00 GB
64-bit operating system
Graphics card Nividia GeForce 9800 GTX/9800GTX+

Welcome
Could be the mouse driver
Go to search type device mangager
In device manager look for the mouse driver
If small yellow triangle is present its corrupted and must be updated
If not yellow marker try an update of driver to see if it helps
If nothing works, try another mouse to help find the cause.

Thank you soo much for the reply, but unfortunately shortly after my first post I tried both of those things and still is causing me issues. Do you think my graphics card update could be to blame.

Lets try not to guess, causes more confusion.
When you have the problem, go to search and type event viewer
put cursor in left panel and go to adminsitrative
In right panel you will see errors at the time of the problem. This may help

Download and run a full updated scan with malwarebytes
Run a full antivirus scan
If both are negative, test with a clean boot, to help diagnose
How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or in Windows 7
Go to device manager and make sure the graphics card has the current driver. Get it from the website and not windows update.
Try adjusting your touch pad to be less sensitive, too.
If mouse is wired try another port

Thanks again for the help, but the virus scanner came up with nothing and everything else checked out. I have no clue where to go from here.
