MS Office not working

Hi,
All of a sudden my word, excel documents are not editable. I mean when I open a save word/excel, I am not able to edit that document and all the options are seen disabled. I also found a msdia80.dll file sitting in my C:\. Is it a virus issue or something else. Can anyone please help me on this.

Lets do the important things first. A sudden change can be a virus.

Run a virus scan using your A/V software.

Then download and run this

Malwarebytes.org
