Note Sony will not support me because I changed the OS from Home to Ultimate, my laptop is a VGN-FZ460E here is my info:
Name: Optiarc BD ROM BC-5500A ATA Device
Description: CD-ROM Drive
LastErrorCode:
Manufacturer: (Standard CD-ROM drives)
Media Type: DVD Writer
Driver is a generic MS:6.0.6001.18000 dated 6/21/2006
I tried to load the update listed on the sony WS but it chokes when installing. When I installed ultimate I did it as a upgrade so I still have WinDVD 08 and I download WinDVD Pro 2010 which was wishful thinking
Hope someone has an Idea I'd hate to think my ROM is a paperweight when it comes to watching BD's
Thanks in advance
