I have been trying to figure out what has happened to my internet connection to my dell inspiron laptop (windows vista 32 bit). Around 4 pm I had to reset my computer due to an update with norton 360 premier edition, which after it came to, I had no connection to the internet whatsoever.
I tried uninstalling the wireless driver and I called both norton, dell, and my isp on how to fix it but ofcourse information doesnt come free and they would require an outrageous amount of money for help.
It says I am connected to netgear and that I have access to local only, and when I try to connection via wireless, it connects unsuccessfully, anyone able to help?
