No internet - Nvidia nForce Networking Controller issue

I have read the above.. and I'm lost...lol..

And have the built in nForce Controller

I have a Hewlett-Packard laptop
Model: HP Pavilion dv6000 (GA456UA#ABA)
Processor: AMD Turion 64 x 2 Mobile Tech TL-56 1.80 ghz
Platform: Windows Vista Home Premium 32 bit

What i get is "The software is installed, but may not work correctly. The device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device (code31)" Now It also defaults me to Broadband dial up?!

Does this mean anything to you folks? I'd like to get this comp back to working order.

I had Fios, Dell etc try and figure this out to no avail. Literally just before I buy a new card after 2 years on wireless I stumble across this page and in 10 minutes I'm sorted. Thank you so much Philly.
