Here's my modest OC result. Temps are OK - around 59ºC for CPU and 52ºC for the MB.

How did you get a x29 when the extreme only gets x24? My i7 only is limited to x20 as it was one of the first i7's out

Are you asking me?

In BIOS

1. Load defaults under AI tweaker by clicking F5.
2. Disable Intel Turbo Mode Tech
3. Change CPU Ratio Setting to 29 (type in manually)
4. Change CPU Voltage to 1.4 (type in manually)

Save settings and exit (F10).

my over clocking result temps are around 38 when idle and around 67/68 when runing prime 95
in the picture prime 95 has been runing for just under 15 hours
