Problem Event Name: BlueScreen

Great!

So what do I do next or do with that dump prep info?

John will be back to check it for you. I also have this thread marked so any post to it generates an email to me. If nothing happens in a while feel free to PM me.

How's everyone doing this afternoon? Any news on what I can do to fix this problem. I can't even restart my computer now without it going to a bluescreen and dumping. Instead of my screensaver now it says that I need to update my graphics card. I don't know if that's because I can only log on in safe mode, or what. I still don't understand how so many things could be out of date when I just bought this computer in June of this year.

Have you tried uninstalling the KB973879 update from your Windows Update history?
That's solved a lot of these errors for a lot of people over the last couple of days.
