If you are sure that you follow the tutorial, you will not have a problem. Make a system restore point first, for insurance. The tut is simple to follow, if you used the start button to find temporary, you are ok.

You can even click on the files, to be sure of what they are. Do a few at a time if you are worried.

I followed the procedure, from the start menu, just now. It worked great. I deleted 3gb of crap.

Follow this video, select all users. All temp files should be gone.
It is the same as the great tut that I gave you, except there is a video.

I deleted many of temp files and I don't think there are no problems at all after erasing temp files.
but I ran windirstat and it shows that there are still 19 GB of temp files.... wow..

I did disk cleaner, ccleaner and reboot all things, but windirstat shows 19GB... I don't know why it has 19GB of temp files eventhough I deleted most of it in %temp% file.... I think it is somewhere else... I think it is in this file... Do u think I can delete these files too?

When you did the clean disc did you check all users?
Is the file found with %temp%?

yes I did and only myself is using this computer. I checked the area of screenshot that I posted above and it has 19GB bytes of temp files. I think this one is the temp file Windirstat shows me.

I agree that is the file. It says temporary, but I am reluctant to give the go ahead,if it did not show up with the %temp% command

The first temp folder is yours, you are the user
The second belongs to the system
Those are the system files that would have been deleted if you checked the box include system users; but that option may only be in Seven.

I would follow these instructions to be on the safe side. 99.99% of the people would say that it is safe just to delete. I choose to be in the minority. I am sure that you want to be cautious with your computer.

Follow these instructions and you will be ok
