PRoblem with Soundmax and Soundblaster

I have a ASUS M2NPV-MX and have on board Soundmax ADI AD1986A and also I have a normal Soundblaster 5.1 sound card which is not live or anything but normal Soundblaster card. I tried searching for a Vista x64 drivers for both everywhere and came up with nothing. Any ideas if I can get drivers for any one of these? If not any recomendations on what sound card I should get. I just want a normal sound card nothing fancy.

Got to the Asus site and have a look for downloads for the M2NPV-VM Motherboard. Here you will find the drivers that you are looking for; ASUSTeK Computer Inc.-Support-

No actually Asus hasnt put up the drivers for Soundmax Vista x64bit on the site. I was somehow able to get the onboard drivers work but still cant use mic.

Have a look for the motherboard that I suggested and you will find the drivers

Sorry didnt see that you had given a different motherboard model number. Thanks I hope it fixes my mic problems.

No promises but you can try this one,

sb live series vista driver OpenAL,Eax,Surround sound,Louder volume,same XP quality 10/07 - Windows Vista - Creative Labs

with the SB 5.1. Unfortunately that card is old enough (originally came out something like 10 years ago) that it will never get any official drivers from Creative for Vista (and even less chance when Windows 7 comes out).
