So i recently just purchased a new phone, and i connected it to my computer via USB.
Now, once i link up my phone to my computer, it says its installing drivers, and then this box comes up.
This should help. How to Find Drivers search Google for the name of the driver - compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to - visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager). - if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone - will help you search Google for the name of the driver - compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to

If you are goint to the website and prefer that method you can try to download to the desktop and install from there. Choose save when at the website
You can try to install in safe mode
Be sure it is the correct driver.
